Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally, responsible for managing all aspects of our People, Talent and Culture processes. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across various industries with leaders and their teams to improve business outcomes, particularly during times of growth and rapid transformation by focusing on creating, aligning and implementing a global human resources strategy. She served as an advisor, helping translate people and business strategies into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives through performance and organizational management as well as employee engagement and transformation. Awed by leadership, she sees team building and learning as an essential element to gain the competitive edge. Her broad experience with small and mid-size companies along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated success and results has created organizational cultures that embodied learning innovation and change that positively affect groups and companies. As Annmarie continues to invest her time and talent in helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit organizations in her free time. For instance, the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. Its goal is to develop women as leaders.
