Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her education at college. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. At the close of 2009, she had won four fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her degree from college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show was a success and she placed third. The summer of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with her performance. Ariel competed with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using the machine and bent-over rows. It is common to warm up first, followed by the actual training. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
